Staff Training
Trauma informed organizations are more productive and retain their staff longer. Staff in organizations may encounter traumatic experiences personally or in their families. Traumatized staff may cause accidents at work, have more conflicts with coworkers or their supervisors and tend to be absent from work more than healthy staff.
In mitigation, some key staff may be equipped as trauma healers thus saving the cost for the organization as well as releasing the human resource personnel to deal with serious cases as a referral.
Staff who leave the organization on voluntary basis or termination for any reason may benefit from participating in a healing group to process their emotions over the transition or loss as the case may be.
